New Security Policy being Introduced on ePDQ

Hello, we wanted to let you know that from 29th January 2020 we will be introducing a new dormancy policy to help protect you and keep your ePDQ account secure.

From 29th January, any users that have not logged in for 60 days or more will have their account deactivated.

If a deactivated user still requires access to the platform, an existing admin user on the account will need to complete their reactivation via the back office portal. If all admin users have been deactivated owing to dormancy, please contact us on 0844 8240230 and we will reactivate their user.

To avoid any issues on 29th January we recommend performing a review of your users to ensure that the correct people can access the portal.
